You will notice that we do not have profiles with pictures of the internet, drawings, landscapes and others that only occupy space or that try to deceive those who look for a relationship or real encounter.
 
The 24 hour deadline is a maximum time and is important for us to complete our audit processes. Usually approval takes place in a few hours.

12) I had my profile canceled or banned. What could have happened?

If your profile was deleted by the administration or banned, it cannot be reactivated.

Periodically, in order to maintain a healthy and appealing community for everyone, we conduct audits on profiles. Certain aspects are not accepted and are part of the terms of use that you agreed to.

There are several reasons that can lead to cancellation:

  1. Profiles without photos or
  2. Profiles with fake photos, distorted edits, landscapes, children, cartoons, or other non-identifiable items in photo albums will not be accepted on the site.
  3. Profiles inactive for more than 12 months.
  4. Profiles with groups.
  5. Profiles with women.
  6. Profiles accessed from continents / countries other than the registrant's.
  7. Profiles with fake or duplicate email addresses during registration.
  8. Offering paid sex or selling products or services.
  9. Reports, suspicion, or confirmation of identity fraud.
  10. Occasionally, a request can be made at the request of the account holder, who has expressed difficulties using the site's Delete button.

However, if you believe this was a mistake, you can now register a new profile for free, while adhering to the rules mentioned above.
